The next day of our vacation was spent at Multnomah Falls. By pure accident we just happened to find a hotel that was only about 15 minutes away. So even thought none of us had tennis shoes with us we decided to be tough and see how high we could hike up.
We were breathless when we pulled up. It is so beautiful!
The night before we went swimming at our hotel and made friends with a really nice lds family from Utah. They had mentioned that they were planning on heading to Multnomah Falls in the morning and sure enough we ran into them! The kids were so excited to see eachother again. We ended up hiking to the very top with them- I think it was over a mile each way!

After our hike we went to the Subway down the street. And then we went to the Candy Shop next store and had chocolate.
