July 16- We needed a little break from the sand and the house so we took the kids to play at the local elementary school playground. It was so cool- in the back of the school was all green and full of trees. We took the kids on a little hike and found this huge tree trunk.

July 15th- we decided to go for a drive into Astoria. It was really pretty. This was at the steps of a big tall tower we were going to climb up but it was closed. So we just let the kids get out and strech their legs.
The rest of the day we spent at the Beach.
Our Beach house- it was literally right on the beach. There was a walking path right infront of the house and on the other side was the beach.
Jana, Mom, and I bet Brent and Eric that they couldn't run down to the beach in 2 minutes (I think that's what it was) Anyway, they took the challenge. Here they are running back to the house in barefeet.
